Content that meets the buyer before the product search
A fleet operator searching for overweight fines may not be shopping for an on-board scale yet. But they are facing a problem Air-Weigh’s products help them manage.
Our work connects those questions with detailed content, technical product guidance and tools that help buyers explore the right system for their vehicles.

01 / Build depth around a customer problem
One broad article cannot give a driver or fleet manager the context of every state. This series gives each state its own page, with sections for weight limits, fine structures and enforcement, plus links between the state guides.
The California and Texas pages each contain roughly 900 words. Their detail gives visitors more than a product pitch: it addresses the question that brought them to the website.
That creates a relevant introduction to Air-Weigh before the visitor searches for a scale by brand or model.

02 / Content people are finding
The 50 canonical state-guide URLs recorded 115,839 search impressions and 978 clicks during the reporting period. That is about 41% of the site’s 2,375 Google clicks.
These pages are reaching people through the problems they research, giving Air-Weigh visibility beyond searches for its company name.
| State article | Clicks | Impressions | Avg. position |
|---|---|---|---|
| Texas | 64 | 8,295 | 5.9 |
| California | 59 | 11,462 | 6.1 |
| Ohio | 49 | 4,679 | 6.1 |
| Pennsylvania | 49 | 5,705 | 6.2 |
| Michigan | 44 | 4,360 | 5.8 |
| Illinois | 34 | 3,623 | 6.2 |

“class b weight limit wisconsin” averaged position 3.1 across 39 impressions. “montana bridge law chart” averaged 1.6 across 21 impressions. “tri axle dump truck weight limit pa” averaged 1.5 across 15 impressions.

03 / Help the visitor choose a system
Discovering Air-Weigh is the beginning. Buyers still need to understand which system fits their truck, tractor or trailer.
The scale-selection guide turns that decision into a series of questions, beginning with vehicle type. It connects technical product information to the equipment the customer operates.
This is where content and custom tools work together: explain the problem, introduce the relevant product range, and help the buyer take a more informed next step.

04 / Make technical information easier to find
A technical buyer may need a brochure, specification or product document before they are ready to contact sales. The literature library puts those resources in one searchable interface.
Our custom WordPress plugin organizes documents by product and vehicle, with additional market and language tagging. The current public library shows 16 documents, with previews and direct PDF downloads.
It extends the content beyond articles into practical material buyers and customers can use.

05 / A measurable AI discovery signal
Analytics recorded 75 sessions attributed to ChatGPT, plus one each attributed to Claude, Gemini and Perplexity during the same 28-day period.
That is evidence of recorded AI-attributed traffic. It does not tell us which prompts produced those visits, where Air-Weigh appeared in an answer, or whether the state articles generated them.
The content strategy gives buyers detailed answers and useful next steps. We measure the traffic that can be observed without turning it into an unsupported “number one in AI” claim.
The approach
Air-Weigh’s content reaches beyond product names into the questions fleet operators ask, then supports the buying decision with technical information and selection tools.
We can apply that approach to your business: identify the questions worth answering, build the content in depth, and connect it to the service or product that comes next.
