Website design, content & advertising
Choosing a heating and cooling company starts with questions: repair or replace, heat pump or furnace, and who serves my area?
We built CHS’s website to introduce Stan and the family business, explain its services and help homeowners work through those decisions. Dedicated service pages, local content and a 30-article resource library give the business far more than a homepage.
Seasonal advertising carries that same business identity into campaign creative.
Talk About Your Website & Marketing
01 / Explain the service
CHS’s website gives system replacement, repair, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits and maintenance their own destinations. Visitors can go directly to the service they need and explore it in more detail.
The heat-pump page explains the equipment, its role in heating and cooling, and the installation, repair and maintenance services CHS provides. Equipment imagery supports the explanation, with phone, email and a quote form close at hand.
Clear service navigation connects those pages with the company’s story, resources and financing information.

02 / Build depth around customer decisions
The resource library covers the decisions homeowners face: whether to choose a heat pump or furnace, when to replace an air conditioner, what affects system cost, and what happens during installation.
Other articles address maintenance, indoor air quality, system sizing, thermostats and older homes. Each provides a focused answer instead of making a single service page carry every question.
That creates more relevant destinations for people searching for help and more useful content for search engines and AI assistants to understand. The value is in the answers, not a promise of a particular ranking.

03 / Show where the business works
The website gives Keizer, Dallas, Albany, Silverton and seven other communities their own pages. Visitors can find the town they live in and see how CHS’s services relate to their area.
The Keizer page discusses local housing, existing ductwork and the heating and cooling choices homeowners may be considering. It connects the location with the service, rather than leaving customers to infer coverage from a Salem address.
These pages sit alongside the service information and resource library, giving visitors several useful ways into the website.

04 / Make the business recognizable
Heating and cooling equipment can look similar from one company’s ad to the next. The people and local business behind it give customers something more specific to recognize.
CHS creative uses photographs of the team, service work and branded van to put that identity into the message. The business name, equipment branding and contact details help connect the service being promoted with the company providing it.
The result is a set of campaign materials that can change with the offer while still belonging to CHS.
Tell Your Business’s Story05 / Give each season a message
A homeowner thinking ahead to summer has different priorities from someone dealing with a heating problem in winter. The message needs to meet that moment.
The spring creative focuses on planning air-conditioning installation ahead of warmer weather. Equipment photography, a direct headline and a prominent estimate request bring the campaign together.
Other pieces focus on maintenance and the experience of the local team. Those variations give CHS ways to speak to different customer needs.
Explore Digital Marketing →06 / Connect the campaign pieces
Our CHS campaign archive includes feed, carousel, vertical and display layouts. Each format needs its own balance of headline, image, supporting detail and contact information.
The work starts with the customer’s situation and gives the offer a clear presentation. The business identity stays visible as the message changes from equipment installation to seasonal service.
Focus the message on a specific decision, such as cooling a home or preparing a system for summer.
Bring the people, service photography and equipment into the creative.
Give the call or estimate request enough prominence to be noticed.
The approach
For CHS, the website explains the services, answers homeowners’ questions and introduces the local team. Campaign creative gives that same business a consistent presence beyond its own pages.
Tell us what you want to promote and who you want to reach. We can help shape the message and the creative.
