Bend’s handyman, on call
A loose railing. A sticking door. The repairs that keep moving to next weekend. Deschutes Concierge Handyman offers homeowners something more lasting than another name to call: the same local pro, returning regularly, getting to know the house.
We built the website around that relationship, connecting everyday repairs with ongoing memberships and a free first hour that gives homeowners a way to get started.

01 / Sell the relationship
The promise is continuity. Members have a handyman who knows their home, works through a standing list, and helps them keep up with seasonal maintenance.
The membership page gives that promise specifics: monthly handyman hours, seasonal checks, scheduling options and a plan for owners with multiple properties. Homeowners can compare the choices and understand what they are paying for.
They can also book a one-time visit. The free first hour lets a new customer meet the handyman before deciding whether a membership fits.

02 / Answer the repair question
Someone with a hole in the drywall has a specific problem. They need to know whether it can be patched, whether the texture will match, and whether the finished repair includes paint.
The drywall page answers those questions. It covers holes, cracks, ceiling repairs and texture matching, then explains what affects the work: damage size, paint, texture and the cause of the problem.
Dedicated pages cover other needs, including TV mounting, plumbing, doors, painting and seasonal maintenance. Each creates a relevant destination for someone looking for that service in Bend.
Related links connect the next likely job. Drywall repair leads naturally to painting, caulking and doors, helping a homeowner build a useful repair list.

03 / Speak to a different homeowner
For an owner who lives elsewhere, a small repair comes with another problem: who can be there to handle it?
The second-home offer speaks to that situation. Between-guest repairs, seasonal checks, freeze preparation and photo updates give owners a local point of contact while they are away.
This deserves its own page. A rental owner coordinating guest arrivals has different questions from a Bend resident with a weekend repair list. The content makes room for both.

04 / Make it easy to start
The next step is simple: send a name, phone number and a description of the work, or call or text the business. Customers can ask for help from the service page they are already reading.
Behind the public pages, the website includes a private inquiry inbox and project publishing tools. The business has a place to handle website requests and add completed work as the portfolio grows.
Let’s Talk About Your WebsiteTell the business what needs fixing through a short form, call or text.
Start with the free first hour and get to know the person doing the work.
Consider a month-to-month membership for recurring repairs and maintenance.
The approach
Deschutes sells familiarity, reliability and ongoing care. The website brings that offer into focus, gives individual services the detail they need, and connects interested homeowners with the business.
Your service model should be just as easy for your customers to understand.
